Secretary for Health Prof Lo Chung-mau met a delegation led by Guangdong Provincial Medical Products Administration (GDMPA) General Director Jiang Xiaodong today, with both sides agreeing to further deepen collaboration in relevant areas. Prof Lo said the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Government expressed its sincere gratitude to the GDMPA for its staunch support for Hong Kong in the past, including the implementation of the initiatives of, among others, the measure of using Hong Kong registered drugs and medical devices used in Hong Kong public hospitals in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area and streamlining of the approval procedures for Hong Kong registered traditional proprietary Chinese medicines (pCms) for external use to be registered and sold in the Mainland. The Education Bureau today uploaded three useful tools on its website to help Secondary 6 students prepare for the release of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) Examination results on July 21.
The first tool, e-Navigator, helps students, parents and schools search for programme information across different levels, including degrees, sub-degrees and the Diploma Yi Jin.
The Further Studies & Career Map provides a checklist of multiple pathways and key dates for course registration.
Additionally, the Compass@HKDSE offers valuable information on further studies, multiple pathways and various supporting services.
The bureau said the HKDSE Examination was smoothly completed under the COVID-19 pandemic thanks to schools’ and students’ co-operation.
It will continue to communicate and collaborate with schools and other stakeholders to help students plan for their future.
